House LZ

Designed as a family holiday home, House LZ is located on the island of Ist and draws on the character of the local island architecture. With a compact form and a clear spatial organization, the house integrates the living area on the ground floor with a summer kitchen that extends life outdoors, while bedrooms and a gallery occupy the upper level. Despite its small footprint, the layout is both clear and functional. The prominent pitched roof with a ridge along the shorter side references traditional homes of the northern Zadar archipelago (including Unije Island), bringing a subtle yet distinctive local touch to the design.
